“Brand new construction in the middle of a huge development area. Nothing around less than 20 minutes drive. Beside this all good. ”

“Terrible. Wouldn’t stay the second night we booked. We cut our trip short. No mattress protector on the mattress, not even a fitted sheet, just a flat sheet, boogers all over the walls, frayed carpet with nails exposed where the carpet meets the hard floor. Holes in curtains, didn’t close all the way, only way to close th curtains was to use a hook that looked to be a broken part of the curtains, lacked sufficient hot water, poor lighting, broken furniture. It feel like we were in an apartment...

“Everything was great. However I’m scoring it low because I’m so upset with the mandatory $40 per day “resort fee”. Since when are we forced to pay for services we don’t get??? I never used any “resort” amenities. We just slept there. Absurd! It should be illegal to charge for a service you don’t get. That’s stealing!”

“This is our first time staying at this property and we will definitely be back. It’s beautiful. The amenities are wonderful. The scenery is gorgeous, and the rooms are so nicely decorated and cozy.”

“Such a good calm vibe. The pools are amazing, the rooms are lovely. Even when a lot of people are here it doesn’t feel like it cause of how open the property is.”

“Communication was terrible, honestly the place is really nice but the people in the room downstairs were really loud the view was of the seven eleven, the fees were more than the room cost per night and they have unrealistic cleaning expectations given the fees. ”
